To assist Tesla owners in importing their driving data from the Tessie app into our platform, we’ve outlined a step-by-step guide.
Exporting Driving Data from Tessie:
- Access Tessie on Desktop:
- Navigate to Tessie and log in to your account.
- Export Drives:
- Click on the Drives section.
- Select the Export option to download your driving data in CSV format.
Importing Data into Our Platform:
- Log in to Your Account:
- Access our Web Dashboard and enter your credentials.
- Navigate to the Import Section:
- After logging in, go to the Monthly Trips menu.
- Click the Import Trips button near the top-right corner of the page.
- Select the Volvo On Call option (this option is compatible with this process).
- Click the red Next Step button.
- Upload Tessie CSV File:
- Upload your file by selecting it or using the drag-and-drop method.
- Once uploaded, you’ll need to pair the columns in your Tessie CSV file with the system’s fields. Refer to the screenshot below for proper pairing:
- “Started” → “Started At”
- “Start Address” → “Starting Location”
- “End Address” → “Ending Location”
- After pairing the columns, click Start Import to proceed.
- Review and Confirm:
- Once the import process is complete, review the trips in the system for accuracy.
- Save the imported data to finalize the process.

- Ensure Data Accuracy: Double-check your Tessie app data before exporting to ensure all trips are properly logged.
