MileageWise allows multiple users to share a single account, making user management a valuable feature for companies or teams. This is especially helpful when different coworkers need to manage mileage logs for different vehicles, or if you want to share access with colleagues or your accountant.
You can also add additional users if the driver is using the Mileage Tracker App to track trips, but someone else, such as an accountant, will be handling the mileage log creation at the end of the month.
There’s no limit to the number of users who can access and track trips within the same MileageWise account using the best iOS or Android Mileage Tracker App. However, to avoid data conflicts, ensure that only one user records trips for each vehicle at any given time.
Note: User management and adding additional users can be done on the Web Dashboard, not on the mobile app.
With our Google Maps Timeline integration for importing your Location History, the AI Wizard Mileage Log Generator for recovering past trips, and our Built-in IRS Auditor that spots 70 potential red flags, MileageWise makes sure your mileage logs are always 100% IRS-proof.
